2. XYBOOM Vancouver May 28th 2013

The 2013 XYBOOM conference is centered around the theme: ”From Workplace Tension to Intergenerational Collaboration”. Founder Tammy Tsang wants to debunk generational myths and misperceptions, have attendees participate in dynamic sessions, sharing and developing strategies and promising practices on co-creating collaborative, multi-generational workplaces and more.

Key areas of learning include

1. How is the workplace evolving?
2. What impact does the current socio-economic situation have on the different generations and how will this affect the future workplace? 
3. Workplace tensions and generational myth-busting with a focus on exploring solutions around retaining and creating more productive multigenerational work places.
